📣 Attention student athletes and parents!

Van Buren County Hospital is offering FREE sports physicals at the Community Services Center in Keosauqua.
Students MUST have the "Authorization for 2026 - 2027 Sports Physical Form" filled out IF a parent/guardian will NOT be attending their appointment. 

 

📅 Appointment Dates:

🗓️ Friday, July 24

🕗 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

🗓️ Friday, July 31

🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🕐 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
