ANNUAL NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION 

The Van Buren County Community School District offers career and technical programs in the following areas of study:

 

Welding, Business Finance, Foods, Health Occupations, Carpentry, Agriculture

 

Pursuant to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable state and federal laws, the Van Buren County Community School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, creed, age (for employment), marital status (for programs), sexual orientation, gender identity, or socioeconomic status (for programs) in any of its education programs, activities, or employment opportunities. This prohibition on discrimination applies to admission and employment.

The District has adopted grievance procedures for resolving formal and informal Title IX sex discrimination complaints and other discrimination complaints.
